First Team Management Team | 2026/27

Llanarth FC is pleased to confirm its First Team Management Team for the 2026/27 season, with Gavin Phillips continuing as First Team Manager and Aaron Ewers taking on the role of First Team Coach.
Gavin Phillips, a UEFA C Licence coach, will lead the overall management of the First Team, overseeing the footballing direction, performance and development of the squad.
Working alongside him, Aaron Ewers holds a UEFA B Licence and will support the delivery of the club’s coaching programme, tactical development and match preparation.

The combination provides Llanarth FC with a strong, progressive coaching structure built around clear footballing principles, player development and high standards,
as the club continues to establish itself and build towards its long term ambitions within the Welsh football pyramid.
